Happy birthday to SAISEIGA drummer Kiriko!

March 17 is the birthday of Kiriko 桐子 (also credited as Tohko), a founding member of SAISEIGA, a Japanese a contemporary energetic prog melodic groove band. Their website say that the band began November 30, 2020. The band's vocalist Regan and Kiriko were both members of the band Zettai Club (絶対倶楽部) from 2016 until they disbanded in 2020. They moved on together to form SAISEIGA. They released their first EP, 芽 -Me-, in early 2021. Their first full album was THE SUN in 2022. They released their second album, NOSTALGIA, in 2023 and their third album, THE BLACK HOLE, in 2024. They also have a live album called EVOLVING NOSTALGIA. The video "HANABI" (from the 2023 album NOSTALGIA) is their most popular music video, followed by "RIDE ON." This latter song got them attention as the entrance theme for the character Wakatsuki Takeshi in the anime Kengan Ashura.
