According to the information on Wikipedia, The Joy of Motion is the third album by the American instrumental progressive metal band Animals as Leaders. Sumerian Records released the album in March 2014 across Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. Fans could listen to the full album on YouTube starting March 19, 2014, just before it went on sale. Wikipedia shows that March 24, 2014 is the earliest release date, and that date is for the European release. In its first week, people in the United States bought about 13,000 copies. It reached No. 23 on the Billboard 200 chart, the band's best ranking ever. By November 2016, the album had sold 50,000 copies in the U.S. To celebrate the release, the band played a special show in Seattle while on tour with the bands After the Burial and Chon. The band also made a music video for the song "Physical Education." In the video, they play music in a school gym. It also shows funny scenes where the band members (Tosin Abasi, Javier Reyes, and Matt Garstka) act as the school principal, a teacher, and a janitor.
