Happy anniversary to GOD FORBID's album Equilibrium (2012)!
According to the information on The Metal Archives, this is the sixth full-length by God Forbid (New Jersey, USA), from New Wave of American Heavy Metal (NWOAHM), which often includes names like Lamb of God, Shadows Fall, Killswitch Engage, and Chimaira of the early to mid 2000s sound that, in my opinion, brought back metal to American rock, as a reaction to the rap rock of nu-metal. By the time of this album, the band keeps their thrash-heavy roots and rhythmic grooves with more prominent clean vocal hooks. The music is often more intricate and more technical, for a more focused, more melodic thrash/heavy metal feel, and less core.

The album is 13 songs for almost 54 minutes of music, according to The Metal Archives. This is the title and music video. I would say that in general the album is a bit more aggressive than this particuar song, but this songs shows the melodic aspects of the music.
