Happy birthday to singer Vibeke Stene!

To me, I associate Vibeke Stene (born August 17, 1978) with her time with Tristania. She is a Norwegian soprano singer that joined group in 1996, and her classical opera-style vocals helped to make Tristania into one of the genre's premier acts across five studio albums, including classics like Widow's Weeds (1998) and Beyond the Veil (1999). After leaving the band in 2007 to teach singing and pursue her degree, she stepped away from the music industry for several years. She returned to music in 2013, and later on working with the doom metal project Veil of Secrets.
