Formed in the early 1980s during the peak of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, Bill Beadle's Sacrilege's creative force is singer and guitarist Bill Beadle.The group got their start in the underground scene with early tapes like their 1983 Gates of Hell demo. Although the original lineup split in 1987, according to The Metal Archives, the band came back and put out full-length albums. They built up quite a nice discography, including records like Sacrilege (2001), The Unknown Soldier (2011), The Wraith (2012), Sacrosanct (2013), six6six (2015), and The Court of the Insane (2019). If you like classic-style British metal with heavy, driving riffs and some dark themes, you might enjoy this catchy, rocking music.
