STRYPER heavy metal anniversary

August 10, 1984: Stryper - The Yellow and Black Attack - 1984, CD, Enigma

The Metal Archives shows that this -the debut EP, and the first release by Stryper- came out on July 21, 1984, but this version has two more songs than the original. The following information is from The Metal Archives: "CD Manufactured in Japan, silver with red characters. Sleeve printed in the USA. Track #3 a slower version of a track of the same name featured on their Roxx Regime demos. This version of the song has non-Christian lyrics. Track #8 from previously released EP of the same name. Tracks #1-2, 4-7 were very likely remixed from the original version in a way to make them sound more polished."
