Skelator is a long-running heavy metal band in the Seattle, Washington area. Formed in San Diego, California in 1998 by founding vocalist Jason Conde-Houston before moving to Seattle, the band is all traditional heavy metal. Their sound features high-octane, twin-guitar harmonies, galloping rhythms, and high-pitched vocals. This classic style is found on Give Me Metal or Give Me Death (2008), Death To All Nations (2010), Agents of Mischief (2012), Cyber Metal (2019), and their Blood Empire EP (2022). I don't remember where I read it years ago, but somebody had written that Skelator is a type of parent band for much of heavy metal in Seattle: quite a number of metal musicians in our Seattle area have gone on to play and form more heavy metal bands after a stint in Skelator.
