Metal Archives shows that Earl Wilson Rowe, Jr. was born on April 7, 1970. Metal Archives notes that he has been with the "Heavy Metal/Hard Rock (early); Pop Rock (later)" band since 1990. He first sang on the band's second album, the arena-rock sounding Fire and Love, which Metal Archives says was released in 1990 but Wikipedia says was released in 1991.
