NARNIA announces new project

The Swedish Christian power metal veterans Narnia have a new endeavor that will see them do versions of songs by Pelle Karlsson, the Swedish Christian singer. Below is the band's announcement. Hi friends,

I can confirm today that together with my champion in NARNIA the BAND CJ Grimmark, I am making an album with interpretations of Pelle Karlsson's songs between 1973-1977. An album I've wanted to make for many years. Many people know I love singing his songs so now finally comes a whole album that has been requested when I've been out singing these songs.

CJ has completed Pelle on the new home week. It's big for a Pelle fan like me. I met Pelle and Evie a few years ago in Pingstkyrkan Eskilstuna so most of it Pelle has done is in my record collection.

Pelle Karlsson's songs have been coming with me since 1973 when my dad Per Liljegren recorded me at Tandberg roller tape player song "He is my song and my joy" from the classic green plate released that year and found on all flea markets.

Probable title "I hold his hand" and it will be an exciting album with different musical excursions. Now I'm just waiting to be able to go to Norway and record singing.

We plan to go out in connection with release on CD / Digital in November / December with distribution via Sound Pollution Distribution so requests can be made directly to me at PM.
