ILLUSIONS OF GRANDEUR new official music video
Fans of traditional heavy metal with a flair for dramatic high singing will be interested to know that Illusions of Grandeur (U.S.) has a new official video for the song "Silent Suicide." Theatrical hard rock/metal band Illusions of Grandeur premiere their new music video for "Silent Suicide." The song comes from their debut album, The Songs of the Siren, which was released in the summer of 2019 and is available through Pavement Entertainment.
Silent Suicide" showcases Illusions of Grandeur performing on stage, giving everyone a taste of their dynamic live shows. On the meaning of the song, the band says, “'Silent Suicide' is a pivotal point in the album's story. During this track, The Siren meets the Archangel."
The Songs of the Siren is a part of a larger compilation called The Siren Saga. This first part takes the listener on a musical adventure, exploring the perils and triumphs of the Siren and her warriors. The story mixes fact and fiction, combining Greek and Norse Mythology, Sirens, Warriors, Archangels, and Kharon “The Ferryman.”
Illusions of Grandeur hails from Lancaster, PA. In 2015 they took the music scene in PA and NJ by storm, debuting The Siren Saga live show.
