VERIKALPA - Rautanen Herra (official video) - party in the forests of Finland

The Finnish forest extreme metal party animal gremlins known as Verikalpa (2006-present) are about to unleash their third album that will be called Tunturihauta, which according to my imagination in the Finnish language must mean something like "rock out and bang your head and drink lots until you stumble home." You know how Finnish bands have a reputation for being sad and depressed? Well, the gentlemen of Verikalpa bring you unapologetic fun extreme metal with a folkish vibe, like folk metal and extreme metal in a Motorhead incarnation of death/black metal. That may seem like an unlikely combination, but it will make sense once you hear the music. They have a video ahead of the album, and are streaming songs on Bandcamp.
