The album fits right in with other metal operas in the prog power category. Dramatic and theatrical, ambitious and expansive, Signum Draconis aims to please the fans of the grandiose. Of course, this is not a get-to-the-point albums but rather a take-scenic-route-stop-and-smell-the-flowers type of work that requires tons of patience and promises to reward the listener looking for something seeking to put literature to music.
