The Waymaker (Finland/Sweden) debut album (power metal) out today

The new power metal band The Waymaker (Finland/Sweden) today released their debut self-titled album. It is a new band, but the musicians have plenty of experience. Power metal fans may be interested to know that this features the singer Christian Liljegren from the long-running Swedish power metal band Narnia. The Waymaker describes themselves as melodic metal but be sure that power metal and neoclassical metal are present on the album, of course. Lyrically, if you appreciate lyrics about faith in Jesus, then The Waymaker is the perfect combination of melodic, neoclassical Christian power metal. On other hand, if you want rocking power metal, then this album will satisfy that craving, too, even if the lyrics are not as important to you or if you at least would like lyrics that do not glorify murder, alcoholism, drugs, violence, hatred, and other things like that. ABOUT: The Waymaker was formed in summer of 2019 by vocalist Christian Liljegren (Narnia) & guitarist Jani Stefanovic (Solution .45 & Miseration). Jani & Christian were both involved in Divinefire, who did five studio albums between 2005-2011 and reached a huge popularity especially in Japan & South America.
