Mexican death metal brutes Spit on Your Grave's new music video "Antipatía" with new growler

Biography: Spit On Your Grave (SOYG) is a Death Metal band led by women formed in 2012 in Monterrey, Nuevo León by Cecilia Cárdenas, Zitlalic Gómez, Johnattan Ramírez and Elizabeth Castillo with this lineup the first album entitled “Existential Murderer ”which was released in 2014 under the Asenath Records label. This album was presented in various states of the Mexican Republic and at the Hell And Heaven 2014 festival in Mexico City. In 2015 an EP entitled "Unblessed" was presented with which they participated in great events opening the stage for Kataklysm, Dark Tranquility, Nervosa, Cattle Decapitation, Your Chance to Die, Carcass among others.

After going through some changes in the line-up, the current members in 2018 are Caro Ampersand (Guitar), Elizabeth Castillo (Bass), Kharen Guardiola (Guturales), Kenia (Guitar) and Aldo Guerra (Drums). In June 2018 the second album entitled "The Night of Women’s Rites" is released under the Asenath Records label. The lyrics of this album tell some stories of women who became known for their personality and attitude. The presence of a second guitar is also shown. Regarding the production and edition of the album, Iván Tamez and Juan Reyes participated, paying great attention to the quality of the sound. Biografía: Spit On Your Grave (S.O.Y.G.) es una banda de Death Metal liderada por mujeres formada en el 2012 en Monterrey, Nuevo León por Cecilia Cárdenas, Zitlalic Gómez, Johnattan Ramírez y Elizabeth Castillo con esta alineación se grabó el primer disco titulado “Existential Murderer” el cual se presentó en el 2014 bajo el sello discográfico de Asenath Records. Este disco se presentó en varios estados de la república mexicana y en el festival Hell And Heaven 2014 en la ciudad de México. En el 2015 se presentó un EP titulado “Unblessed” Con el que se participó en grandes eventos abriendo escenario a Kataklysm, Dark Tranquility, Nervosa,Cattle Decapitation, Your Chance to Die, Carcass entre otros.

Después de pasar por algunos cambios en la alineación las integrantes actuales en el 2018 son Caro Ampersand (Guitarra), Elizabeth Castillo (Bajo), Kharen Guardiola (Guturales), Kenia (Guitarra) y Aldo Guerra (Batería). En Junio del 2018 se presenta el Segundo disco titulado “The Night of Women’s Rites” bajo el sello discográfico de Asenath Records. Las letras de este disco relatan algunas historias de mujeres que se dieron a conocer por su personalidad y actitud. También se muestra la presencia de una segunda guitarra. En cuanto a la producción y edición del disco participo Iván Tamez y Juan Reyes poniendo gran atención a la calidad del sonido.
