upcoming in April: Savage Annihilation

While the death metal band SAVAGE ANNIHILATION (2002; France) does not have a new album yet, they want fans to know they are still alive and blasting. They have an EP to keep people moshing until a new album is ready. The EP is called "Soumises à la procréation" and apparently the first four songs were recorded during their album "Quand s'abaisse la croix du blasphème," which was released back in 2017. Song number four is a reworking of Slayer riffs for a tribute, and the last two songs are a cover of Deicide and Helloween, respectively. As you can imagine, they have butchered the Helloween song big time and sounds almost unrecognizable from the version by the power metal band. The EP will be released by XenoCorp on the 10th of April. The official information says the following guests are on the recording: Max OTERO (MERCYLESS), Loïc TRIVETTE (KRONOS), Sybille COLIN-TOCQUAINE (WITCHES), Dum's (PLEASURE TO KILL) and Déhà (WE ALL DIE [Laughing]).
