VACANT EYES streams first song "A Colorless Eternity" (16:52) from debut album
Vacant Eyes (U.S.A.) is streaming on Bandcamp the almost-17-minute first song called "A Colorless Eternity" from the September 4th, 2020 debut full-length album A Somber Preclusion of Being that will be more than 74 minutes of music. Back in 2014 they did a 34-minute recording called The Dim Light of Introversion, but they consider this new recording the first album. The band says that this music will appeal to fans of Shape of Despair, Daylight Dies, Opeth, and Swallow the Sun. At the moment of this writing, listening to the album, it can be said that it is ambitious death doom that emphasizes elegance, melody and melancholy. Please note that this is not super slow, monotonous music. They are not trying to break the record for being the slowest band on Earth. Instead, while still being doom, the music offers quality, skill, and abundant melodies for fans of the genre, so that people listen for the songs, and not because of genre loyalty, as you can easily tell by the first song available below.
1.A Colorless Eternity 16:52
2.A Timeless Vault 08:44
3.Induced Desolation 09:50
4.Apparitions of Existence 12:12
5.An Essence of Anguish 12:01
6.Into an Empty Dream 15:08
