Cerridwen (Washington state, U.S.A.)

Cerridwen was folk metal in Washington state. Apparently, they disbanded years ago. Below is one of their songs. Metal Archives shows an EP:

Biography: "We began as a project known as Aconitum, fashioned by John and Jenn--keyboards and drums, respectively. Over the next five years (by way of much baiting, blackmailing and cajoling) three other members joined--Genevieve (vocals), Cavan (guitars) and Josh (bass). After our line-up was finalized, we decided to change our name to Cerridwen. According to legend, Cerridwen was an enchantress who had the ability to grant poetic inspiration. She also was sometimes known as the Goddess of Rebirth and Transformation. We found all of those traits fitting for the style of writing that we do most commonly, and thought it was a fitting representation."
