Bréag Naofa works in the territory of sludgy grimy abrasiveness. They are a band in Washington state, although they seem to be inactive at this moment, inactive but not dead, according to the band's July 23rd, 2018 update: "Hello folks, We wanted to update on the status of this band as you may not hear us playing shows for a little while. We are, indeed, still a band, and have plans to write some music in the winter. For the foreseeable future, however, we won't be playing any shows. We all have dad jobs (for the most part), and our drummer, Bobby, has a lot of obligations that juggling a band, personal life, and work life are a bit overwhelming. I've been planning on writing some new material that would hopefully be recorded sometime next year. So the idea is to give some space and take that time to write some new material. When updates are available we'll definitely post about it, but in the meantime we have plenty of free digital albums for you to download if you haven't already. Get to downloadin!"
