ABOUT: Hello, and welcome! We are Ghost Ship Octavius, a collective of three musicians who's mission is to create a world of enchanting musical soundscapes. Dynamic in nature and emotional colors, we strive to make progressive and memorable melodic music that is founded in the Progressive Rock and Heavy Metal spirit while always living in haunting themes. We invite you to come into our world and share the experience with us. Our newest album, “Delirium” has just been released and adds to the story that we began with our self titled debut. Once inside our frigid world, please be sure to say hello and engage with us and our fellow crew members. Don't be shy, we only mean to scare you a little bit. ;).

Biography: Ghost Ship Octavius is heavy, melodic, progressive music with an original sound and powerful dynamics. Featuring Matt Wicklund on guitar (God Forbid, Himsa, Warrel Dane), Van Williams on drums (Nevermore, Ashes of Ares, Pure Sweet Hell), and Adõn Fanion on bass and vocals. The memorable choruses, lyrics and imagery take the listener to a world of frozen and ghostly themes, grounded in technical and groovy rhythmic mastery with intense drums and bass lines, melodically supported by soaring vocals and captivating guitars. They are a growing fire in the American metal scene landing and playing amazing sets at Progpower XVII and also perfoming on the 70000TONS OF METAL CRUISE 2017! Currently touring in support of their second album Delirium out on Might Music.

Greetings GSO Crew Members, Fans and Supporters,

Adōn has made the decision to leave Ghost Ship Octavius. We are very proud of the work and creations that we made together with Adon over the past several years and we wish him only the best in his future endeavors. Statement from Adon: "I'm grateful for my time with GSO and the awesome music we made."

We are now holding auditions for a new vocalist and bass player. If you feel that you would be a good fit and would like to try out for either of these positions (or both), please create a video of yourself performing the track Delirium from our newest album and upload to YouTube and email us the link with some information about yourself. A backing track will be provided to those auditioning (see below for instructions). Applicants can be male or female and must be ready and able to tour internationally, have a valid passport and a great attitude and work ethic! We look forward to hearing from all of you!

Many new songs are already written and we are excited and ready to take on this new chapter and to continue bringing you all the best recorded and live experiences possible.
