AWAKEN - official video for "Ride Like The Wind" released

AWAKEN has released a new video for the song "Ride Like The Wind". That song is on the Doublealbum "Out Of The Shadows", which will be released on November 27th, 2020 on CD via PURE STEEL RECORDS. The pre-order phase will start on November 17th, 2020 in our webshop. AWAKEN are the newest underground sensation out of the US. The band, was founded in 2009 by singer Glenn DaGrossa (ex-LAZARUS) and in 2012 they released their debut self-titled album.

In 2019, the band completed their follow up, a 90 minute double album titled “Out Of The Shadows”. Now signed with PURE STEEL RECORDS, the New York based Prog Metal band are preparing to release that album worldwide. “Out Of The Shadows” shows AWAKEN as band at the height of their work so far. AWAKEN exploit the full breadth of Prog Metal with symphonic elements. AWAKEN are so independent that any comparison with FATES WARNING, DREAM THEATER and SYMPHONY X is forbidden.

The US Melodic/Symphonic/Progressive Metal band AWAKEN from New York has signed a Worldwide Record Deal with PURE STEEL RECORDS. The band, which was founded in 2009 by Ex Lazarus Vocalist Glenn DaGrossa, released their self titled Debut album “Awaken” in 2012. In 2019 they released their sophomore double album "Out Of The Shadows" as self - release to a limited number. This album will be released again in 2020 via Pure Steel Records.
