Death metal squad Blood Incantation (U.S.) has a new album that you can hear in its entirety at the link below. The official information says that the album is analog, which, of course, means that the band is not pleased with the weak sound of modern extreme metal drums and in general with the clinical sound of modern metal. Not everyone is happy with having drums that sound like kids' toys or with robotic music, and Blood Incantation appears to be one of those rebellious bands. Also, if you play death metal and you choose to have the word incantation in your name, that's not an accident, correct? That's a statement. Thick, claustrophobic death metal is a huge element here, but also there is a sideways energy going on, but you'll have to hear it for yourself to decide what exactly it is.
