out June 19: DEARTH

The U.S. old-school band DEARTH is now exhibiting a bit of its primal personality from the June 19th, 2020 album To Crown All Befoulment. This album will be of interest to those audiences that like a less computerized, less perfectionist sound. To some people, this music seems like it is recorded in a cave or in a basement, but to others this is more along the lines of growling metal that survives on enthusiasm and intensity, and not because it is the most technologically advanced recording that you will hear. Quite the opposite. It is rather raw, basic but heavy, often fast, and capable within the context of capturing those primal extreme traits that they seek.
