what a coincidence, I was just talking about Nightwish the other day: ex-Nightwish singer Anette Olzon's new album: "Shine" I would say that the album is melancholic pop. If you want to hear Anette outside of a rock context, with pop melodies that sound sad at the same time, with her vocals at centerstage, then your chance is here. Of course, this is not rock music in the sense of rock and roll; it's pop marketed to Nightwish listeners, "gothic metal" supporters and others who like pop. With more exposure, whether radio, tv, movies and whatnot, Anette will make bank; huge, lots of money. It could be the type of music that's everywhere and you end up annoyed with it because you can't escape it at work, at the grocery store, at the movies, at the mall, in tv commercials, Xmas time and all of that. Some Nightwish listeners wanted to know what happened to Anette. Careful what you wish for. She might be all over your life now. www.facebook.com/anetteolzonofficial
